Cancellation Policy
All booking fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is requested at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you honor this timeframe so we can continue offering dedicated service to all clients. We provide a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Out of respect for our schedule and other clients, late arrivals beyond this window cannot be accommodated, regardless of traffic or unforeseen delays. Please plan accordingly and refer to your confirmation email for alternative route suggestions. If you have had previous microblading or permanent makeup done elsewhere, you are required to book a consultation appointment first. This ensures we can properly assess your brows and determine the best course of action. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of the booking fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as these policies allow us to provide you with the highest standard of service and care.
