Cancelation policy for trainings/workshops

Due to limited seating and the preparation required for trainings and workshops, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled training date. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid.

Cancellations made 6 days or less before the scheduled training or workshop will result in the deposit being forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation or discuss an unexpected circumstance, please contact Maya Louredo Beauty directly.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund of the deposit paid at booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund. This policy applies to all services, including Cosmetic Tattooing, Consultations, Eyebrow Shaping, Tinting, and Waxing services. In the event of an extreme or unexpected circumstance, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Eyebrow services rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. When proper notice is provided, your deposit will be transferred and applied toward your rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the original deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS

We provide a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you may be late.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be canceled or rescheduled, as sufficient time is necessary to provide each service safely and without affecting subsequent appointments.

Appointments that cannot be completed due to a late arrival, as well as no-shows, will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Unless the service has been paid in full in advance, the remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Deposit refunds and transfers are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policies stated above.

COSMETIC TATTOOING APPOINTMENTS

For your safety and to determine whether you are an appropriate candidate for cosmetic tattooing, you are responsible for accurately disclosing relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, previous cosmetic tattooing, and recent treatments before your procedure.

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive cosmetic tattooing services. Certain medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, active infections, recent procedures, skin conditions in the treatment area, or other circumstances may require postponing the procedure or obtaining medical clearance before treatment.

If you are currently taking blood-thinning medications, antibiotics, or other medications that may affect healing or bleeding, please disclose this information before your appointment. Do not discontinue any prescribed medication unless instructed to do so by your prescribing healthcare professional.

Recent facial treatments, chemical peels, laser treatments, injectables, retinoid use, or other procedures involving the treatment area may require an appropriate waiting period before cosmetic tattooing.
