Microblading Vs Nanoblading

Updated: Jan 22

The only difference between microblading and nanoblading is the blade/needle (if being done with a PMU machine) thickness. As the name says, Nano which means small or very small. Nanoblading usually uses the thinnest blade there is to do the procedure. Some professionals mix up the names, which is super normal because they are basically the same thing.

However, is the thinnest blade the best or most realistic? The short answer is no. It is not because every eyebrow is difference and so is its thickness. In order for a procedure to look realistic, it should follow the person's eyebrow thickness, color, and movement.
