Is microblading a tattoo?

Updated: Jan 22

In the beginning it was considered to be a tattoo because the pigment was implemented in a deeper layer of the skin using eyebrow ink and it lasted for many years, it was commonly known as permanent make-up. Nowadays, the technique has improved a lot and is implemented in a superficial layer of the skin. However, It really depends on the kind of professional you go to and of course, your likes. My technique is focused on giving a natural look to the procedure and with that, it lasts from 7-14 months - the pigment will not change color or expand. It will gradually fade untill there is nothing left.
